Day 1: Hoi An – Prao (150 km)

Today on the Vietnam bike tours the traditional rice paddies welcome us to the area, we ride our way through them and stop for a while at the Cham Towers, to visit this 11th-century building of much historical significance and nearby sites that comprise a valuable memorabilia from the ferocious war with America. Then we ride along the trail of Ho Chi Minh and the paths that crisscross the new highway, until we reach the impressive waterfall, which will be our oasis, where we can take a bracing dip and relax as we hear the sound of the water rushing down.

Then we head to the highlands, where we arrive at Prao, a lovely ethnic minority village, which will be our overnight destination, and enjoy a luscious dinner at a local restaurant.

We spend the night at Prao.

Day 2: Prao – Hue (170 km)

We relish a tasty breakfast, before we set out again on our Vietnam bike tours. Riding along the Ho Chi Minh trail, we go passed another picturesque minority community before we find ourselves completely drawn into the untouched wilderness of the jungle that borders with Laos. Incredible Mountain passes and mesmerizing tunnels are typical of the surrounding scenery. We take a short break to have lunch and then ride off of the Ho Chi Minh trail to experience riding on other part. Our next destination is a place the locals call the Blood Spring, where we can relax and swim. The ride to the top of Ma Qi pass takes us through a spectacular newly-planted jungle that the war had destroyed in full. The Vietnam bike tours ends when we arrive in Hue.
